香港, 2023年3月13日 - (亞太商訊) - 中國通海金融集團 (股份代號: 00952.HK) 欣然宣布，旗下全資附屬公司中國通海證券有限公司 (「中國通海證券」或「本公司」) 正式獲准向專業投資者提供虛擬資產交易、分銷及諮詢服務，成為本港首批提供該服務的全牌照金融機構。
中國通海證券原持有證監會1號（證券交易）、4號（就證券提供意見）及9號（資產管理）牌照，按照證監會就《有關中介人的虛擬資產相關活動的聯合通函》所確立的發牌制度，公司成功取得證監會批准擴大現有的業務範疇，今起可按額外的發牌條件，(i) 分銷虛擬資產相關產品; (ii) 提供虛擬資產交易服務，以及(iii)就虛擬資產提供意見。
