香港, 2022年11月8日 - (亞太商訊) - 中國領先的結構性心臟病介入器械供應商心泰醫療（2291.HK)今日在港交所掛牌上市。該股昨日於富途暗盤交易中最高漲5.15%至30.65港元，最終收漲2.23%報29.8港元；該股IPO發售價格為29.15港元。

公司是中國最大的先天性心臟病封堵器產品及相關手術配套產品製造商，按2021年於中國銷售確認的收入計，公司的市場份額為38.0%。此次上市發售2245.5萬股，其中香港發售224.6萬股，國際發售2020.9萬股，每手1000股，香港公開發售獲2.11倍認購，淨籌5.673億港元，當中約50.7%將用於為公司未來五年內的研發活動提供資金；約24.3%將用於公司未來五年內的銷售及行銷活動。

財務方面，2019-2021年，公司的營業收入分別為人民幣1.16億元、1.48億元、2.23億元，複合年增長率為38.25%；同期綜合毛利率分別為88.3%、89.8%、88.8%。
