香港, 2021年1月6日 - (亞太商訊) - 1月4日，碧桂園發佈最新公告稱，2020年12月單月實現歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售金額約128.2億元，同比增加3.73%；歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售建築面積約147萬平方米，同比增加1.43%。
2020年，碧桂園累計實現歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售金額約5706.6億元，較2019年同比增加3.34%；歸屬本公司股東權益的合同銷售建築面積約6733萬平方米，較2019年同比增加7.95%。
第三方研究機構公佈的全口徑統計顯示，碧桂園2020年銷售業績繼續穩居行業首位。接近碧桂園的消息人士表示，2020年上半年，受疫情影響，工地施工時間減少一定程度影響了房企全年供貨。在疫情背景下，碧桂園以如此龐大的體量仍能取得穩健增長，展現出公司強大的實力和韌性。
此外，統計顯示，2020年1-11月，碧桂園共獲取權益土地金額合計1725億元，預計全年新獲取土地金額約2000億元，新獲土儲至少可轉化為6500億至7000億權益貨值，這也為公司未來增長打下了堅實的基礎。
