新加坡, 2020年11月4日 - (亞太商訊) - 新加坡城市發展集團（CDL）今天宣布，委任德勤財務諮詢服務有限公司（德勤）為其外部財務顧問，協助進一步評估和審查其向中國協信遠創（協信）作出的51.01%合資股權投資事宜。
CDL於2020年4月完成對協信的51.01%有效股權的投資。該投資是一項戰略投資，為CDL提供一個已設立超過26年的平台，該平台涵蓋中國18座城市的不同資產類別。協信位列中國房地產業協會評選的中國“百強開發商”，是中國十大商業園區的開發商和運營商之一。
截至2020年6月30日，CDL的全球資產組合達238億新元，其中中國占了14%的份額。除協信以外，CDL在中國的投資組合還包括住宅、辦公樓、酒店、酒店式公寓和零售商場。
鑑於在新冠疫情暴發後，協信流動資金狀況面臨挑戰，以及中國為了進一步收緊房地產公司資金流動性而採取的新措施（最近出台“三條紅線”政策），CDL董事會授權德勤進行此項評估審查工作。
德勤將根據上述挑戰，對CDL向協信作出的投資進行評估。根據調查結果（預計於2020年底前定稿），CDL將向股東提供新的擬議建議。
