香港, 2019年6月3日 - (亞太商訊) - 今年年初教育股重奪投資者目光，帶動整個板塊穩步上掦，隨著各大教育股陸續交出亮眼業績，進一步令教育股成為港股IPO市場的焦點。正在招股的中國東方教育(0667)作為中國最大職業技能教育供應商，也是港股第一職教股，據市場人士消息指國際配售部分獲得眾多大型機構投資者看好，反應持續熱烈。
中國東方教育亮點多，投資價值突出，是其大受基金歡迎的主要原因。《信報》著名股評家富途證券分析師聶邦指中國東方教育在前景廣濶的烹飪技術、信息技術及互聯網技術以及汽車服務等三個職業技能教育分部，公司均處於行業的領導地位。此外，公司更準備通過這次IPO募資所得的部份資金，用於未來建設五個位於北京、上海、廣州、成都及西安的自有區域中心。這些中心不但作為公司旗下五大學校品牌，即東方烹飪教育、歐米奇西點西餐教育、新華電腦教育、華信智原DT人才培訓基地及萬通汽車教育的區域旗艦學校、內部資源及培訓中心，亦可有利於公司發揮更大的資源共享效益和規模效應。
據了解，這五個區域中心各自可覆蓋大約2億或以上人口的校區，除能加大品牌建設外，更可加強師資的調配運用和統一標準化管理，長期而言更可降低學校租金的支付，料對未來公司業務毛利水平的提升帶來顯著作用。
獨立股評人陳永陸表示，東方教育校園網絡遍佈全國，截至2018年底，在內地31個省份中的29個省份及香港運營145所學校，並通過26所學校提供中等職業教育。而公司過去三年的收入增長穩健，從2016年約23.4億元(人民幣，下同)增加至2018年約32.7億元，複合年增長率達18.2%，純利於2018年更達到5.1億元。根據市場預測，公司最高招股價的2019年預測市盈率約25倍，和中教控股(839)相若。不過，東方教育的職業技能教育行業受到政策鼓勵，政策性的不明朗因素較低。同時，學費和收生人數均由市場自由決定，東方教育上市後綜合實力的提升料將帶動兩者的增長。
