奧斯陸, 2018年7月3日 - (亞太商訊) - Opera Limited，Opera Software AS之母公司，公佈已就其在美國預托證券首次公開發售計劃向美國證券交易委員會(U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission)遞交F-1申請登記表格。是次發售計劃的預托證券發售數量及定價範圍將於未來確定。Opera擬於納斯達克全球精選市場上市，股份代號“OPRA”。
中國國際金融香港證券有限公司及花旗環球金融有限公司為是次發售的聯合賬簿管理人。
