香港, 2020年8月31日 - (亞太商訊) - 啟迪國際有限公司（「啟迪國際」或「公司」，股份代號：872.HK）持續加強研發5G技術，積極拓展內地市場，配合國家發展政策，參與制定國內ADAS行業標準。公司於2019年完成收購 Telit 車載通訊業務，全資子公司 Titan Automobile 為 TESTA 通訊模組獨家供應商。今年6月，公司亦與啟迪時尚科技有限公司、上海國際汽車城（集團）有限公司共同簽署組建啟迪智慧汽車集團合作意向書。

此次合作旨在積極踐行我國《智慧汽車創新發展戰略》、「新基建」等頂層規劃，加快上海嘉定建設世界級汽車產業中心、擴大嘉定區在長三角一體化中的創新優勢。
三方共同組建的啟迪智能汽車集團將充分融合啟迪國際汽車科技超前佈局、啟迪時尚科技園區實踐經驗，汽車城集團產業統籌優勢，以智能汽車產業為主題，著力在「新基建」、「新載體」、「新產業」方面實現總部經濟與新的突破。
「新基建」：積極支持啟迪國際旗下啟迪雲控在上海嘉定落地的全國首個「車路網雲一體化」綜合建設項目，加強國家級雲控示範區建設，實現「新基建」產業基礎設施在全國的推廣。
「新載體」：建設上海啟迪智慧汽車科技城，並與蘇州啟迪時尚科技城與寧波中意啟迪科技城形成長三角創新聯動產城，建設「長三角一體化」科創產城聯動典範。
「新產業」：啟迪智慧汽車集團將落地以蘇州智華為典型代表的智慧汽車核心零部件企業，發揮相關企業在國內的優勢地位，賦能核心零部件企業新市場新能力。
