香港, 2020年6月29日 - (亞太商訊) - 華營建築集團控股有限公司(1582.HK)發佈公告，宣佈股東週年大會上所有決議案均獲高票通過，包括重選董事、續聘核數師、授出發行股份及購回股份的一般授權及宣派二零一九年度末期股息。
管滿宇先生、李嘉賢先生、朱萍女士、羅明健先生、陳德耀先生連任公司執行董事；楊昊江先生連任公司非執行董事；謝偉俊先生（立法會議員）(太平紳士)、李家暉先生及何文堯先生連任公司獨立非執行董事，穩定的管理層結構將有助於公司未來業務發展推進。此外，股東週年大會上通過了續聘安永會計事務所為2020年12月31日止年度之核數師議案，公司獲准配發、發行及處理最多100,000,000股股份和獲准購回最多50,000,000股股份，及通過向股東派付截至2019年12月31日止年度末期每股股息5港仙，合共約25.0百萬港元，末期股息將於2020年7月31日或之前派付。
回顧二零一九年全年業績，集團整體發展穩中向好，總收入約為4,833.9百萬港元，連續四年實現收入增長。其中，樓宇建築工程業務收入達約4,486.5百萬港元，RMAA工程收入由2018年的146.0百萬大幅增長約137.9%至2019年的約347.4百萬港元。毛利約為212.0百萬港元，較2018年的185.5百萬港元增長約14.3％；毛利率增長至約4.4%。撇除上市開支因素，經調整純利約為70.0百萬港元。每股基本及攤薄盈利約14.99港仙。
截至2020年6月19日，公司於2020上半年已中標6個新項目，包括深水埗住宅發展項目、山頂施勳道3號工程項目、旺角煙廠街25-31號地基工程項目、沙田石門安睦街資助出售房屋上蓋項目、白加道37號拆樓及圍街板項目及油塘內地段第44號住宅發展項目。
