香港, 2020年3月24日 - (亞太商訊) - 2020年3月20日，君實生物(1877.HK)發佈公告，為積極應對疫情，君實生物與中科院微生物所簽署協議，將合作開發新冠病毒(Sars-Cov-2)中和抗體(以下簡稱中和抗體、JS016)。安捷證券重申對君實生物的買入評級。
安捷證券認為此次與中科院微生物所的合作對君實生物影響積極正面，中和抗體有望填補疫苗和特效藥研發成功前全球面臨的巨大的臨床治療和預防需求，全球患者和高危人群有望更快獲得治療和保護。由於項目尚處於早期階段，安捷證券並未對估值模型做出調整。
目前，君實生物與中科院發揮各自優勢，聯合攻關，已獲得多株能夠阻斷病毒入侵的中和抗體並開展了動物實驗，初步的體外實驗驗證了抗體的阻斷活性。下一步，雙方將全力推進抗體臨床前毒理以及體內活性的驗證，正與中外多個藥監機構溝通交流，儘早進入臨床階段應用，實現商業化。
中和抗體(Neutralizing antibodies, Nabs)是在適應性免疫應答中由B淋巴細胞分泌的一種抗體。中和抗體可與病原體的抗原特異性結合，阻止或中和抗原的某種生化活性，進而防止或阻斷病原體進入宿主細胞，從而達到預防和治療疾病的目的。
中和抗體在治療烈性傳染病埃博拉出血熱(Ebola virus disease, EVD)的應用中嶄露頭角。2014年再生元製藥(REGN.US)與美國衛生部合作，在6個月內開發出REGN-EB3 (3種單抗)和mAb114 (1種單抗)，臨床試驗結果表現優異，大大降低患者死亡率。2020年3月11日，荷蘭Utrecht University的Berend Jan Bosch教授團隊於bioRxiv學術期刊發表文章，首次報導了能夠同時中和SARS-Cov和SARS-Cov-2的全人源交叉中和單抗47D11，該抗體具有預防和治療COVID-19的潛力。與疫苗相比，中和抗體類藥物具有開發時間短(最快6至9個月)，可短時間內大規模生產，直接作用於抗原，特異性強，全人源化安全性風險低，同時具有治療和預防作用等優勢。
君實生物過往與中科院微生物所有良好的合作和信任基礎，中科院微生物所有中東呼吸綜合症(MERS)的研究經驗，為疫苗以及中和抗體的開發做了鋪墊，與此同時，君實生物有創新抗體研發和商業化的優勢。
安捷證券重申對君實生物的買入評級，維持目標價36.40港元不變。FY20E/21E/22E 預計實現收入13.6 億/22.3 億/33.8 億元人民幣。
