香港, 2019年10月9日 - (亞太商訊) - 2019年上半年，東曜藥業遞表港交所，有意衝刺港股香港聯交所主板上市，並計劃在近期內完成。
東曜藥業成立於2009年，是一家臨床階段生物製藥公司，致力於開發及商業化創新型腫瘤藥物及療法。作為一家生物製藥公司，除了藥物開發，其商業化能力更受到市場關注。
據4月上載至香港聯交所的資料介紹，東曜藥業主要業務為開發及商業化抗癌的創新藥品。目前，公司的產品管線由12個候選藥物組成，其中11個為自主開發，不會受到外界技術封鎖的干擾，可在全球擁有專利。現在有4種生物藥處於臨床階段，2種化學藥處於3研究階段。由於中國大陸人口規模及老齡化人口擴大，癌症發病率預計在未來將持續上升，而公司產品管線覆蓋了中國前十癌症種類中的7種，目標對準了具有極大潛力的癌症治療領域。
同時，東曜藥業亦有著優秀與經驗豐富的專業銷售團隊，市場銷售經驗已逾八年。從藥物研發、臨床、生產到行銷均早已佈局，東曜藥業是目前中國大陸市場上有能力將藥物研發轉化為商業化、具備全產業鏈能力的抗腫瘤藥企業。再者，未來每條線上均具有實現收益的能力。
